The Digital Specialist is responsible for successfully planning, analyzing, recommending and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies to meet marketing goals. Thee Digital Specialist wll help create marketing and communication plans which can bridge web, email, mobile, gaming, social and traditional advertising together.

This position requires the ability to analyze large quantities of data and identify the most important pieces of this data for the company and its digital offerings. This includes a vast knowledge of current market trends, as well as competitors' products and services. This person must also be able to work professionally and cooperatively with clients and coworkers to build a collaborative work environment. Computer skills are a must! The job also requires strategic knowledge of print media including space ads, pre-prints, statement stuffers and all other media pertaining to print.

  • Define, track, analyze, and report on metrics and analytics to understand reach.
  • Create, edit, update, connect, and share digital video, images, text, and graphics.
  • Create, update, and enforce digital style guides and branding efforts.
  • Create strategy and content for web presence and outreach.
  • Identify new communities and technologies for marketing efforts
  • Work with various clients and vendors to successfully design and execute digital campaigns
  • Be the lead contacts for Digital for clients as well as the internal subject matter expert
  • Be the lead for print projects including but not limited to pre-prints, statement stuffers, space ads, etc. 
  • Be responsible to the timely execution of the digital and print campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal staff on other media channel execution


Digital Specialist position requires a degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field. A minimum of three years of previous experience in the field is preferred for the position.

Additionally, three to five years of experience in the non for profit industry is required although candidates with strong digital skills in a different field may be accepted. A bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study is also required, and a master's degree may be preferred.
