Ambitious, Multi-Tasking, Confident Account Executive for Los Angeles based entrepreneur growing multiple platforms  

Sam Ettus’ work is directed at closing the workforce gender participation gap and inspiring all women to reach their full potential. She has written 5 best-selling books and has a rapidly growing stable of businesses, including a new venture that is in need of leadership and support efforts to join her team. It is a position where no job is too big or too small. The right fit will be organized, poised and fast paced with a stellar work ethic, positive self-starter attitude and excellent communications, social media and writing skills.

Tasks include:

Organizing launch and development of new business platform

Handling a very busy calendar, admin, travel, reservations and office management

Sending out and preparing weekly newsletter

Updating and writing website copy

Proofreading and editing documents and articles

Helping to manage social media accounts with daily updates

Researching in advance of client meetings, engagements or industry information

Help coordinating and working events (personal and business)

Taking meetings on behalf of the company and spearheading development and sales efforts

Position requires candidate to alternate between working remotely and working in the Pacific Palisades office.

Must be available for events on location and occasional on-call tasks.

College degree and dedicated work experience
